• Monday - Margaret, Lead coach 26 to 32 minute 5k pace and Tina, lead coach 26 to 32 Minute 5k
18.30 Rushden Bowls Club, 144 Northampton Road, Rushden, East Northamptonshire, NN10 6AN.
•Tuesday - Group 1 - 32 to 39 10k pace. Group 2 - 40 to 50 min 10k peed work
- Thursday - Group 1 - Graham Lead coach. Group 2 Martin lead coach. Group 3 Margaret & Tina lead coaches.

Membership costs Apr to Sept £40.00 Oct to Mar £20.00: which includes a £10 England Athletic competition licence. Add £20.00 to membership for 1st year for club vest or £25.00 for club T shirt. You must purchase a club vest or T shirt when you join. No other costs.
After a trial period of two session you will be asked to join Team Balancise AC
